In the beginning, there were only Tea Cakes :)

It all began with our tea cakes. They are the foundation on which indulge stood on. They have been our mainstay for 15 years now. Our unsung heroes who don’t shout for attention just get the job done of spreading happiness at snack or tiffin time… Or with tea… or coffee…
This is the first of the 20 odd varieties we make… The Vanilla pound cake. Made in small batches, mixed by hand… Made with love and packed with goodness. Like all our cakes there are no preservatives added so the shelf life is not long. But we prefer it if our indulge family of customers eat fresh. We add curd too to most of our cakes so there is some nutrition with the calories (we only use butter) This in our books is as good as treats can get…

These my dear friends are Whole Wheat baked donuts… with 3 types of toppings… white glaze, chocolate glaze and a cinnmaon sugar coated with a melted chocolate drizzle ( I’m partial to these) As we are featuring our foundation baked treats this week that I’ve been guilty of neglecting. they are my most trusted and reliable comrades whom I have taken for granted.. will hide them under the bushel no more I’m gonna let them shine…
